MAGSOOTHIUM™ THERAPEUTIC SOAK:

• Dissolve 8oz of crystals and soak for 30 minutes in a pool or hot tub

MAGSOOTHIUM™ SPRAY & CREAM MASSAGE:

• Shake Magsoothium™ Recovery Spray each time before using
• Pump spray 3 times and then massage until area is dry
• Repeat process 2 more times
• Finish with our Magsoothium™ Anti-Inflammatory Massage Cream.  The amount of product used depends on degree of inflammation and/or bruising.

MAGSOOTHIUM™ ICE MASSAGE:

• Pour 2oz of Magsoothium™ Crystals into a 4oz cup
• Freeze and use as ice massage on specific points of injury

MAGSOOTHIUM™ SPRAY AND WRAP: 

• Shake Magsoothium™ Spray each time before using
• Spray inflamed area
• Wrap area with ace bandage for compression

(this method provides a combination of product and compression to the point of injury)
